Our standard tariff is for Bed and Breakfast per person

Double Room - from £35.00 pppn
Single occupancy - from £45.00 per night.

A non refundable deposit by Credit or Debit Card is normally required at a cost of £25 per room. (Payment taken by telephone.) Cheques can also be accepted.

Bookings must be guaranteed by Credit or Debit Card. Please note that if making payment by credit card, there will be a charge for this service. Alternatively, we accept BACS or payment by cheques (subject to clearance/guarantee card).

At weekends, there is normally a requirement for a minimum of 2 nights stay. However please ask for the availability of 1 night stays.

During high season and special events in the area, a minimum of 3 nights is normally required. However, again please check for availability of 1 or 2 nights.

CANCELLATIONS

Bookings must be cancelled 7 days in advance of your arrival date.

Where we incur a loss of revenue due to cancellation, “no show, or curtailment of stay, we reserve the right to levy a charge should we be unable to re-let the booked room(s), like for like. No charge will exceed 75% of the value of the booking.
If you are concerned about the possibility of cancellation, you are advised to take out Travel Insurance.

ACCESS AND LEAVING

Standard check -in is from 4pm and no later than 8pm unless by prior arrangement. For pre-arranged late arrivals and unavoidable delays, arrangements can be put in place. For arrivals before 4pm, luggage can be stored.

Check- out on day of departure is by 10.30am. A later checkout may be available by arrangement
