Breakfast is served between 8.00am and 9.00am,
(earlier on request).
"We aim to use local produce where possible. Our bacon and sausages are supplied by an Ayrshire couple - Thomson and Arlene McKenzie of Nethergate Tamworths - who rear their happy pigs under free range conditions. They are currently working towards organic status.

The salmon we use is from a local supplier, Burns Country Smokehouse, and is "Freedom Foods" certified."
